Classic summer wedding at the water's edge in Kefalonia | Maria & Marcus

Maria and Marcus chose Kefalonia and Argostoli for a summer wedding that smelled of iodine and thyme. The Ionian breeze set the rhythm for a day of elegance, with soft shades of white and ecru blending with the rocky landscape. Calm and smiling, they arrived at the venue hand in hand, as if walking on an everyday stroll, only this time the strongest promise awaited them.

Their getting ready took place in a bright room with stone walls: Marcus in a light-colored linen suit and Maria in a romantic off-shoulder lace wedding dress with a subtle train. Her bouquet combined white roses with soft lilac touches, while for the ceremony a stone terrace above the sea had been set with golden stands filled with white roses and baby's breath and an aisle of rose petals.
